QUESTION: Can you inform for diet control for (prostate enlarged and asthma) patient?
ANSWER: Hi Samuel,
I’m glad that you have found out the power of the proper nutrition, because it plays an important role in the normal way of human living.
Besides this, the resolution of some health issues, like the one you have, is related to the diet. However, the important thing is that you have to combine two different types of meal plans- a meal plan for an asthmatic person and a diet for patients with prostate enlargement as following:
The good thing is that you have to avoid meal and substances, which are inappropriate for your both problems. This will make your meal plan quite easier.
Regarding the prostate enlargement, you have to avoid substances, which stimulate the production of urine, like coffee, beer, tea and others.
Generally, you have to drink around 2 liters of water a day, so try to do this.
Besides this, you have to concentrate on eating oyster, beef and liver meals, because they contain zinc. Zinc is a mineral which improves the condition of your prostate by reducing its size.
You have to know that those meats are not going to aggravate the asthma symptoms, which means that you can eat them without being worried for asthma too.
Something else is that nuts contain zinc, but you have to avoid them, because of their allergic-inducing ability.
Eating oyster or beef once a week will help you handle with the prostate problems. Besides this, there is not risk for overdose the amount of Zinc, by eating oyster and other products.
Regarding the asthmatic diet, try to eat fresh or dried fruits, because they contain a lot of vitamins.
You have to know that the vitamins are going to reduce the frequency of asthma attacks, because they are some kind of natural antioxidants.
Something else is that the vitamins are going to help you with the prostate problems, so don’t hesitate to use them at the form of fruits (vegetables) and capsules.
However, if you are going to use capsules, follow the directions on the box, because some of the vitamins are toxic for the organism, when they are in excessive concentration.
Another important factor beside meal plan is to find a way to beat the stress. Please keep in mind that stress aggravates the symptoms of both diseases, so in purpose to avoid this, try to find a way to stay calm and relaxed.
Hope it helped!
